Shipping policy

I currently ship to Canada, USA, EU, Australia and New Zealand. UK customers should visit my Etsy store: andEleven.etsy.com. If you are in a country not listed, please send me an email: hello@andEleven.com. In many cases I can make it work.

Orders are prepared and dropped off with the shipping carrier within 2 business days. We currently ship using Canada Post.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control may occur.

We are responsible for your order until the carrier confirms successful delivery through tracking. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@andEleven.com and we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue.

If an order is lost in transit before confirmed delivery, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
